Port Blair, Oct 06: Shri Bhabesh Majumder has greeted the islanders on Durga Puja festival.
In a message, Shri Bhabesh has said, “On the auspicious occasion of Durga Puja, I extend warm greetings to all my dearest islanders. Durga Puja represents the triumph of truth over untruth, good over evil, light over darkness and knowledge over ignorance. It is the celebration of Shakti and Bhakti and symbolises our inner struggle to rise to higher levels of consciousness. This is a festival in which every household brims with worship and merriment.”
