Port Blair, Sept 23: Power supply will remain suspended in some of the areas on 24.09.2016 (Saturday) from 0700 hours to 1500 hours for rectification of 33 KV faculty underground power cable near Maharashtra Mandal, Port Blair.
The areas to be affected by power disruption are Vidhyut Bhawan, Electricity HQ Office, PBMC Auditorium, APWD CE’s Office area, Secretariat, Court Complex, PAO, Raj Niwas area, Gandhi Park, BSNL Telephone Exchange, Prem Nagar, Goalghar, Carmel School area, KV-I area part of Gurudwara Lane, Bengali Club, Biggi Lane, Anthropological Museum, Middle Point, Link Road, VIP Road, Police Line, part of Junglighat, Vijay Baugh, Dairy Farm complete, CPWD Complex, Shadipur, South Point, Mazaar Pahad, Machi Line, RGT Road, Govt. Press, JNRM College area, Rajasthan Mandir, ALWH colony, Hawaghar Jn., Dudh Line, Nayagaon, Bargat Line, GPRA Colony, Carbyn’s Junction, Dairy Farm Junction, Lamba Line, Ranchi Tekery, School Line complete & part of Minnie Bay. The above works will be carried out subject to weather condition.
