Port Blair, Sept 22: Shri Rajesh Malik, Director General of A&N Police inaugurated the newly constructed building of Police Station Havelock on 20.09.2016. In the inaugural function, Shri N.S. Bundela, IGP, A&N Islands, Shri Atul Kumar Thakur, SP(D)SA and Shri S.K. Meena, SP(HQ) were present. New Police Station has office space for SDPO (Havelock), SHO, 2nd Officer, Computer Room, Lock-ups, Conference Hall, Recreation Hall, Dining Hall, Kitchen and barracks with capacity of 30 persons, would help in proper functioning of Police and strengthening of Coastal Security.
