Port Blair, Sept 15: The Indian Meteorological Department, Kolkata has forecast heavy rain (07-11 cm) at isolated places over Andaman and Nicobar Islands in the next 24 hours. The general public have been advised to take precautionary measures and contact the State Control Room, District Control Room and Emergency Operation Centres in case of any emergency.
