Mayabunder, September 08: Making mockery of Andaman Security Network, now it is feared that Myanmarese poachers present at Interview Island might have escaped from the island after stealing Dinghy of local fishermen.
According to details a fishing Dinghy has been stolen from Hara Tikrey area of Mayabunder region and as the combing team could not trace any poacher in the island till today, it is suspected that the poachers might have escaped from the Interview Island.
Although nobody is accepting this fact officially but if this matter is true then all the 80 are IRBn and Police Jawans who were sent to Interview Island for the massive combing operation will have to come back empty handed.
Although because of total breakdown of BSNL connectivity in North & Middle Andaman the matter could not be verified with the SP N&M Andaman but sources have told Andaman Sheekha that the matter has now being transferred to CCS.
Earlier a team of Mayabunder Police apprehended two Burmese Poachers near the Interview Island. One Poacher also suffered a bullet injuries during Anti Poaching Operation.
