Port Blair, Aug 29: It is brought to the notice of all domestic consumers of Electricity Department, Nicobar Division (Car Nicobar, Katchal, Kamorta and Campbell Bay) that 9 Watt LED bulb will be distributed under DELP-SOP programme from 1st week of September 2016. The LED bulbs will be distributed to all the domestic consumers @ 4 LED bulbs per consumer on payment of Rs. 10/- for each LED bulb. The consumer will have to handover 04 Nos. ordinary bulbs (60 Watts) or CFL (20 Watt) or higher rating to the distribution authority. The consumers also need to produce the latest bill payment receipt for receiving the LED bulbs.
