Port Blair, Aug 10: All the Dulari Scheme beneficiaries are hereby requested to submit their duly filled forms in their nearby respective Health Institutions such as UHCs, PHCs, CHCs, and District Hospital and not directly to the Dulari Cell functioning at DHS office Port Blair to avoid duplication and delay in procedure.
