Port Blair, Aug 3: It is brought to the notice of all registered candidates of CSAB NEUT-2016 and their parents that as per the communication received from the CSAB NEUT-2016, NIT Patna, the Spot Round counselling for allotment of vacant supernumerary seats in degree level engineering, architecture and pharmacy courses at mainland institutions will be conducted on Aug 5 from 10 am onwards in the auditorium of JNRM here.
It is further brought to the notice of all registered candidates of CSAB NEUT-2016 that the candidates allotted supernumerary engineering/architecture/pharmacy seats in the spot round counselling, shall be solely responsible for reporting in the allotted institution by 13.08.2016 failing which neither the A&N Administration nor the Govt. of India, MHRD or CSAB NEUT 2016 will be responsible for denial of admission due to non-reporting or late reporting.
The spot round allotment will be made to candidates who report as per merit and category-wise list of vacant seats provided by the CSAB NEUT-2016 at the time of counselling.
All the registered candidates of CSAB NEUT-2016 or their parents who are interested for fresh allotment and or for up gradation against allotment of round 1 and 2 are required to be present in the Auditorium of JNRM, Port Blair for spot round counselling with all educational qualification certificates/testimonials in original along with one self attested copy as prescribed by the CSAB NEUT-2016 in their Information Brochure except Demand Draft. In addition, the candidates are also requested to bring 2 permanency certificates for sureties and other documents in support of their category for spot round counselling on the date, time and venue as specified above.
