Port Blair, July 10: The Founder of Sudhangshubala Foundation Trust (SFT), Mr Bhabesh Majumder and all members have mourned the demise of Sardar Pratap Singh, freedom fighter and an old associate of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, who was a driver in the Indian National Army. Sardar Pratap Singh was admitted in the GB Pant Hospital for surgery of his fracture leg last month and then referred to mainland for expert treatment under the instructions of the Lt. Governor. He passed away during treatment on Sunday. In a release, the SFT founder prayed for eternal peace for the departed soul and for enough strength for the members of the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss.
