Port Blair, July 3: Rotational load shedding will be carried out from July 4-9, 2016 between 5 pm and 11 pm for carrying out the maintenance and oil filtration work of 02 Nos. 10 MVA power transformers installed at Garacharama Sub-Station.
The areas to be affected included Bhatu Basti complete, Laxmi Motor Area, Pathergudda, Satellite Colony, New Pahadgaon, Agency House, Garacharama complete, Austinabad, Prothrapur, Carbyn’s Cove, Brichgunj, Brookshabad & part of Chakkargaon, Dollugunj, Attompahad, Old Pahadgaon, ICMR Colony area, part of Minnie Bay, part of Dollygunj, part of School Line, Minnie Bay complete, ICAR, AKT Miniplex, Bird Line, Calicut, Kamaraj Nagar, Beodnabad Rangachang, Burmanallah to Chidiyatapu, Sippighat, Teylarabad, Bimblitan, Manjeri, Guptapara, Manglutan, Wandoor, Chouldari Tushnabad, Port Mout, Tirur, Templemyo, Ograbranj, Chouldari Lal Pahar, Tsunami Shelter, Mithakhari, Namunaghar, Danduspoint & Hathitapu. These works will be carried out subject to the weather condition.
