Port Blair, June 24: The RSC Open Volleyball League-cum-knockout tournament will be held at the Multipurpose Hall of Netaji Stadium from June 25, 2016. The Director of Sports, Mr Ingit Pratap Singh, will inaugurate the tournament at 4.30 pm while the Chairperson, Municipal Council, Smt Sheela Singh will grace the occasion as the guest of honour.
