Port Blair, June 9: The Lt Governor, Lt Gen A K Singh (Retd), has directed the Pr. Secretary (Health) & Director of Health Services to immediately carry out cleanliness drive in the rear side of G B Pant Hospital. The stretch of area on the rear side of the hospital is littered with filth. He has also directed that adequate dustbins are kept so that waste and garbage are not dumped in the open. Directions were also given to ensure that cleanliness drives are carried out on regular basis.
