Port Blair, April 25: A Special Tatrakshika Milan was conducted at Coast Guard Wives Welfare Centre here on Monday to welcome Smt Urmila Singh, President Tatrakshika on her maiden visit to these islands. She appreciated the efforts put in by the CGWWA (A&N) in these far flung Islands and praised the remarkable achievements towards conduct of various activities in enhancing the soft skills and betterment of CGWWA fraternity in the A&N Region.
Later, the first lady of the Coast Guard visited Coast Guard Kindergarten (CGKG) and interacted with the tiny tots and staff. She also dedicated new Smart Board for the children for interactive E-learning process.
