Port Blair, Apr 19: In commemoration of 261st Birth Anniversary of Dr. Christian Fredich Samuel Hahnemann a World Homoeopathy Day programme to make aware the upcoming generation about the benefits of AYUSH system of medicine and Swachh Bharat Abhiyan was organized for the students of the schools under the Mayabunder Educational Zone in Govt. Model Senior Secondary School, Mayabunder. Dr. Alex Mathew (Homeopathy) elaborated on the benefits AYUSH system of medicine to the students present in the programme. Dr. Priyanka Iqbal (Ayurvedic) deliberated on how Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan could help the students keep away from diseases. Shri. Mammen Thomas, Deputy Education Officer and Smti. Sulochana, Vice Principal were also present in the occasion.
