Port Blair, April 13: The Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram (VKA) here will celebrate Sree Ram Navami Mahotsava 2016 on April 15, 2016 at the school playground of GSS Junglighat. The puja procession will start at 3 pm from the Ashram and pass through Clock Tower, Radha Krishna Temple, Junglighat via Gandhi Statue, Mohanpur, Delanipur and Goal Ghar. A bike rally will lead the procession. The celebration will include Akhand Paath of Shri Ramcharitmanas, bhajans, havan, ritual kirtan, aarti and distribution of Prasad.
The President, All India Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram, Swami of Chinmaya Mission and All India General Secretary, RSS will address the gathering. Islanders have been requested to participate in the celebration.
