Port Blair, Apr 12: The Department of Art and Culture, A&N Administration will be organizing a series of events like heritage walk, photo exhibition, heritage quiz and other befitting programmes to celebrate World Heritage Day on 18th April 2016 to create awareness towards the preservation of heritage of the Islands and to enjoy heritage as not only the past but a living tradition.
A heritage walk within Aberdeen is being finalized to explore the lesser known parts of the city. The heritage walk will commence from Andaman Club on 18th April 2016 at 6 a.m. All interested persons, students, tourists, tour guides and general public are requested to join the heritage walk.
