Port Blair, April 10: As part of Sai welfare programme and charity, the Andaman Sai Seva Samiti, A&N Islands in association with New Sun Auto Union, Bathu Basthi organized a Blood Donation Camp at Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir School, Pathergudda No. 4 on Saturday. The Executive Engineer, APWD Construction Division, Diglipur was the chief guest on the occasion.
Altogether, 89 participants attended the camp and donated 50 units to the Blood Bank of G B Pant Hospital. Dr Halder, Project Director, Andaman Nicobar Aids control Society, Port Blair, Dr,Ganesh Samaddar, Mr Selva Kumar, President, New Sun Auto Union, Bathu Basti, Mr Ghan Shyam, President, Andaman Sai Seva Samiti, Smt Rekha Rani Dhar, Principal, Sataswati Shishu Vidya mandir school, Mr Gupteswar Tanapati, State Coordinator, Akhil bhartiya Vidya Parishad were present on the occasion.
