Port Blair, Apr 06: The Kamban Academy (75 year old research organization of Kambaramyana) Karaikudi Tamilnadu in association with Tamil Literary Association , Andaman Tamizhar Sangam, Port Blair jointly organizing “Third International conference on Kamba Ramayana. The conference will be held at Andaman Tamizhar Sangam on 10.4.16 from 10.00 am onwards.
The distinguished research scholars from various universities in South India and also Eminent Speakers from abroad including Malaysia and Singapore will be presenting their papers in the field of Kamba Ramayana. The title of the conference is “Nature In Kamba Ramayana” speakers also covering various topics about nature in Kamba Ramayana.
The resident Acharya of Chinmaya Mission of Port Blair Swamy Suddhanandha ji will inaugurate the conference and releasing of souvenir which contains paper presented in the conference by the Kamban Academy. Thereafter the paper will be presented by the Eminent Scholoars.
The conference having the afternoon session with the release of book on Kamba Ramayana in the topic of “ Saamaaniyan Parvaiyil Kamban” written by Thiru T.N.Krishnamoorthy, President Tamil literary Association, which will be released by the Hon’ble Member of Parliament Shri Bishnu Pada Ray. The conference will be concluded with the debate show on the topic of “the character which enhance humanity in the Kamba Ramayana”. The debate show will be chaired by Elakkiya Chudar Shri T.Ramalaingam , Eminent advocate Chennai High Court. The debate show will be participated by International as well as Island scholars. The Island The Tamil Scholars will be solicited by the Kamban Academy. This is the first occasion in the history of the emerald Islands to conduct such an International conference of Kamba Ramayana.
