Port Blair, April 6: The Local Born Association will hold a Maha Sammelan on April 10, 2016 to discuss issues relating to the Pre-1942 communities of these islands The Maha Sammelan will be held at Netaji Hall, Aberdeen Bazar from 9 am to 5 pm. All members of the pre-1942 community have been requested to participate in the sammelan.
