Port Blair, Mar 18: “The Secretary (Education), Andaman & Nicobar Administration Smt. Tanvi Garg, IAS has inaugurated the Coaching Classes for JEE (Mains) on toady dated 17th March-2016 at 9.30 AM in the premises of Govt. Sr. Sec. School, Rabindra Bangla Vidyalaya, Port Blair, wherein; all the senior officials of the Directorate of Education, Parents and about 100 participant students were present on this occasion.
Earlier the Principal Govt. SSS RBV, Port Blair Shri Lokesh Kumar welcomed the gathering while Dr. B. M. Bhatt, the Deputy Director Education (Science) and also the Nodal Officer for Caching classes has given Brief report on the initiative taken by the department of Education to organize free coaching classes of JEE (Mains) and Pre-Medical Entrance Test-2016 for the students of these Islands.
In her inaugural address the Chief Guest Smt. Tanvi Garg, IAS, the Secretary (Education), A&N Administration has motivated the participants and advised them to take the maximum benefit of these coaching classes without any fear and stress. She also urged the students to utilize the ‘Students Helpline Numbers’ of Education department in case of any difficulty and to overcome the stress situation. She also urged the students to give a wide publicity of this Coaching classes so that; maximum students can hunt for the benefit of this very programme by joining the coaching classes organized by the Department of Education, Port Blair.
Shri Raja Ram, (Science Supervisor) and also the Coordinator of the Coaching classes has convened the entire programme while Shri R. K. Singh, Project Officer (SSA/RMSA) and also the Supervisor of Coaching classes has conveyed the Vote of Thanks.”
