Port Blair, Jan 7: The 45th Subhash Mela will be organised at Krishna Nagar, Havelock from Jan 23 – 29, 2016 to mark the birthday anniversary of freedom fighter Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose. Shopkeepers, interested in setting up temporary stalls/shops at mela complex, may apply to the Secretary by Jan 18. For Jatra drama and and cultural programme, interested artistes can apply to Secretary by Jan 18.
