Port Blair, December 03: A case of alleged rape with a minor girl has been reported from Garacharma area of South Andaman today.
As per reports, the mother of the 13 year old mentally challenged girl has reported the matter in the Pahargaon Police station this evening against a 22 year old boy, living in neighborhood.
Sources said that the accused is also said to be a mentally challenged and hence there is still confusion over the matter.
However, it is learnt that the Pahargaon Police has registered a case and the accused has been arrested and the medical examination of the 13 year old minor girl was also conducted.
