Port Blair, Nov 22: Island Tourism Festival is scheduled to be held in January 2016 in these islands. The Department of Art & Culture, A&N Administration plans to organize cultural programmes in different venues of the city and other islands during the festival. In this connection, the Department of Art & Culture invites applications from the local registered cultural organizations to perform during the Festival days. Programmes shall be allotted to the Cultural Organizations on the basis of quality of programmes and availability of time slot and venues.
Interested registered cultural organizations may apply in the prescribed form which can be collected from the Directorate of Art & Culture, Cellular Jail Complex, Port Blair. The last date for submission of application in the prescribed form is Nov 30, 2015. Further information can be obtained over phone number 230117 on any working days.
