Port Blair, Nov 5: The Up-Adhyaksh, South Andaman Zilla Parishad, Mr Subir Chander, has mourned the demise of Smt R Vijayalakshmi, mother of Mr R Someshwara Rao, Councillor, Ward no. 2, Haddo. In a release, Mr Chander prayed for eternal peace for the departed soul and for enough strength for the members of the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss.
