Port Blair, Oct 30: The Lt. Governor, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, will lay the foundation stone for Andaman College (ANCOL) at Chakkargaon at 10.30 am on Oct 31, 2015. The Member of Parliament, Mr Bishnu Pada Ray, will grace the occasion as the guest of honor. The Principal Secretary, Education and other top officials of the administration will be present during the occasion.
