Port Blair, Oct 09: Today the 09th October 2015, Mahatma Gandhi Government College Mayabunder, North & Middle Andaman organized One day National level Seminar On the Topic “Socio- Linguistic base of electoral Politics in Andaman and Nicobar Islands” which has been sponsored by Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), New Delhi.
On the occasion Dr. R.N. Rath (Retd Principal) was the Chief Guest and Shri Durg Vijay Singh Deep Deputy Director (News Service), AIR Port Blair was the guest of honour.
The whole seminar session was divided in four part i.e. on the first session all the guests and experts were wellcomed by the Convener and the addressal speech of the Chief guest and guest of the honor and
two technical sessions.
Dr. RVR Murthy (Associate Professor), Convener of the program welcomed the Chief guests, distinguish guests and all the intellectuals arrived here from mainland to present their respective papers. Dr. Murthy on the occasion briefly highlighted on the topic to make the environment easy and warm.
Dr. Prabhuram, Principal In-charge presided over the function. He also briefly focused on the topic.
