Port Blair, Sept 29: The Island Development Organisation and Shri Sarvajanin Kali Puja Samity, Bhatu Basti will organize a cultural programme involving artistes of Rajya Kalakar Mahasangh here to felicitate the first-time elected Councillors of Port Blair Municipal Council on Sept 30, 2015 from 5.30 pm in the premises of Panchayat Bhawan, Bhatu Basti. The Chairperson, Municipal Council, Smt Sheela Singh will be the chief guest on the occasion. All citizens of Ward no. 17-24 have been invited to attend the function.
