Port Blair, Sept 11: The Electricity Department will carry out urgent maintenance and replacement of defective Isolators & Insulators works installed at main transmission line transmit power supply from Bambooflat 20 MW IPP Power House to Garacharama Sub Station (Panther-I & Panther-II) on Sept 12, 2015. In this connection, rotational load-shedding for 30 minutes will be exercised in Port Blair and South Andaman area from 8 am to 1 pm, if required. The works will be carried out subject to weather condition.
