Port Blair, Sept 7: Justice G Rajasuria, Member (J)/HOD and Ms. Jaya Das Gupta, Member (A) of Central Administrative Tribunal, Calcutta Bench will hold circuit bench of Central Administrative Tribunal from Sept 28 to Oct 12, 2015 to dispose of pending. Fresh applications will also be entertained. Department those who are having CAT cases are requested to contact the Government Pleader/Panel Advocates with relevant case documents and brief them about the case in detail so as to enable the Government Counsel to defend the case on behalf of the Administration fully prepared. Head of the Departments are also requested to instruct their Nodal Officers to be present in the Tribunal on the date of hearing along with relevant documents to assist the Government Pleaders/Panel Advocates at the time of hearing.
