Port Blair, July 28: The Department of Art and Culture will organize cultural programmes during the ensuing Monsoon Festival scheduled to be held from Aug 7-9, 2015 at ITF Ground. In this connection, a meeting has been convened in the office of the Director of Art & Culture, Cellular Jail Complex on July 31, 2015 at 4p m to finalize the programmes. Interested registered cultural organizations having theme based programmes or folk, classical and semi classical presentations have been requested to attend the meeting.
