Port Blair, July 28: The Indian Meteorological Department, Kolkata has forecast strong southwesterly wind speed between 35 and 45kmph and moderate to rough seas along and off Andaman and Nicobar coast under the influence of moderate to strong southwest monsoon over southeast Bay and Andaman sea. Fishermen have been advised to be cautious while venturing in to the sea. DCS – I kept hoisted at Port Blair Port.
