Port Blair, July 3: The Sub-Editor of News Spotlight, a bilingual Monthly Newspaper, Mr Birendra Kishore Talukdar, has been felicitated by the Bangladesh Udeechi Shipli Goshthi, Netrakona District Council, Bangladesh recently. Mr Talukdar, also a folk singer of Doordarshan Kendra and All India Radio, was felicitated with an Uttoriyo, memento and citation at a cultural programme held on the 21st of last month at Bangladesh.
