Port Blair, June 18: The IGNOU learners for completing University Programme in December-2013/ June-2014 Term-end examinations are eligible for the award of original Degree at the 28th Convocation which is likely to be held in July, 2015 at IGNOU Regional Centre, Port Blair.
Please register for obtaining the degree/diploma certificate by submitting the application form which is available at Regional Centre,Port Blair or submit the form online on the link available at home page of the University website www.ignou.ac.in and the eligible learners can also be obtain the application form from IGNOU website.
The learners can attend the convocation and collect the certificate during the convocation at IGNOU Regional Centre, Port Blair. The fee to obtain the original degree/diploma certificate is Rs.400/- per certificate to be paid along with the prescribed application form by means of demand draft drawn in favour of ‘IGNOU’ payable at Port Blair. The prescribed application form duly filled in all respect along with requisite fee must reach to the IGNOU Regional Centre, Port Blair on or before 25th June, 2015. If learners are not willing to attend convocation/ could not attend the convocation even after giving consent, original degree certificate will be sent by registered post. The exact date of Convocation and other details in this regard will be communicated to the eligible learners in due course.
