Port Blair, June 10: Perveen Charitable Trust working in the field of health (a breast cancer awareness initiative in A & N Islands), Women and Child is organizing a “Personality Development” programme for the inmates of ‘Balika Niketan’ and ‘Pranab Kanya Sanga’ in association with Directorate of Social Welfare with the support of ‘Shri Raj Saubhag Satsang Mandal, Gujarat and UNNATI on 12th and 13th of June 2015. The programme will be held at Balika Niketan, Attam Pahad and will be dealing with various aspects of building confidence, general awareness and empowerment amongst the girls. In addition to this an Indoor sports competition will also be organised to boost up the spirit of the inmates. Shri M.N. Murali, Director (Social Welfare) will be gracing the inaugural function as Chief Guest.
