Port Blair, June 09: Smt. Ratna Kannan, Chairperson, A&N State Social Welfare Board has expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the Lt. General (Retd), A.K. Singh, PVSM, AVSM,SM, VSM, Lt. Governor Andaman & Nicobar Islands for making the dreams of the Islanders, a reality.
It is personally observed by Smt. Ratna Kannan, that the ambitious students are having their dreams to become a Doctor but being the A&N Islands is cut off from mainland their dream from a long time was pending as a dream only. Now opening of the Medical College in the far flung Islands made easy for the ambitious students to reach their goal.
