Port Blair, Apr 20: The Bharatiya Janta Party today lauded the efforts made by the South Andaman District Administration and the present Deputy Commissioner of South Andaman to simplify the land transfer as well as sub division norms.
Addressing a press conference the President of A & N State BJP unit, Mr. Vishal Jolly today said that BJP have been demanding for simplification of the land transfer as well as sub division norms since a long time.
“This is good to see that the Administration and the present Deputy Commissioner are putting efforts in this regard. Since beginning the norms for land transfer as well as sub division norms were made so tough that one has to run from pillar to post to get a simple work done regarding land,” Jolly said.
During the Press Conference, Mr. Vishal Jolly also introduced media with Mr. R P Singh, retired Assistant Director of Andaman’s Civil Supplies department, who has joined BJP recently.
Jolly said that the National General Secretary of BJP, Ms Saroj Pandey is also scheduled to visit these Islands on 23 April 2015 and during her visit she will conduct a workshop for BJP workers.
Targeting the Consumers Cooperative Stores Ltd (CCS) which is known to be a Congress run organization Mr. Jolly said that the next CCS election will be closely watched by BJP and requested the administration to make sure that the election is conducted in fair and transparent matter.
