Port Blair, Mar 11: The PCC President Kuldeep Rai Sharma and all leaders have deeply mourned the death of Hajee Abdul Majid, 62 years, former General Manager of Manula Matai Ltd, husband of Smti Ayesha Majid, Chairperson, Tribal Council, Nancowrie who has left for heavenly abode today at GB Pant Hospital and prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul. Kuldeep has said that Shri Majid was an eminent social worker and his death has brought shock among the leaders of the party as well as the residents of Nancowrie, especially the tribal community.
