Port Blair, Feb 02: A 5 Day Annual Zonal Camp of Bharat Scouts & Guides of Middle Andaman Education Zone was organized at GSS Nibutala School Ground from 28th January 01stFebruary 2015. Altogether 48 Scouts, 43 Guides and 11 Scout Master and 10 Guide Captains participated in the camp.
Shri. A. K. Trivedi, Assistant Commissioner, Middle Andaman was the Chief Guest of the Grand Camp Fire on 31th January 2015 at 5:30 pm. In his speech he advised the campers to extend their moral values for the unity and integrity of the nation and to discipline society as per the desires of the founder of the Scout and Guide “Lord Baden Powell”.
Shri Monoj Kumar Biswas, Pradhan, Gram Panchayat Nimbutala was the Guest of Honour and also spoke on the occasion and blessed the campers for their best efforts to give services for the society.
Earlier Shri. Sushen Millick, Dist. Chief Commissioner(s)/ DEO Rangat welcomed the Chief Guest and other dignitaries present over there. He also spoke on the occasion and stressed that through the Scouts movement the children and society should become kind hearted helping and responsible citizen.
