Port Blair, Jan 16: Andaman Sai Seva Samiti has decided to conduct a ‘Free Eye Screening Camp At Rangat And Diglipur’, in coordination with Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital Ltd., Port Blair. The free eye camp will be held on 20th & 21st January, 2015 at Zilla Parishad Auditorium, Rangat, Middle Andaman. The same camp may be held on 22nd January at Subhasgram Panchayat Hall at Diglipur. Patients can avail this opportunity on first come and first serve basis at Rangat, Zilla Parishad Auditorium on 20th January, 2015 from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm, 21st January, 2015 from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm and Diglipur, Subhasgram Panchayat Hall on 22nd January, 2015 from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
This committee is also committed to provide free glasses to BPL patients, senior citizens, widows and to people of weaker sections.
