Diglipur, Nov 26: In a shocking incident, a woman of Diglipur has cut the genital of a man with kitchen knife, when the man allegedly attempted to molest her. The man later got 18 stitches on his manhood.
According to details, the accused Mr. Siben, 30 years of R K Gram entered inside the lady’s house yesterday evening when the lady’s husband was away. According to the lady when the man tried to molest her she cut the genital of the accused. However, the accused anyhow managed to run away from the house with his injured manhood.
When reported, neighbours began a search to trace out the accused but they failed to locate him. Finally when the matter was reported to police, Mr. Siben was found by police team in his house at R K Gram. Soon the accused was picked up and taken to hospital where he was admitted.
It is learnt that the accused and the husband of lady were good friends and were running a chit fund company together. Recently there was some dispute between them on financial issues. Meanwhile, a case has been registered U/S 354 and further investigations are going on.
Police is also investigating whether there is any another angle in this story. Andaman Sheekha is also keeping a close eye in this issue.
