Port Blair, Nov 24: An auto stand as well as a bus stand at a same place at Bhathubasti resulted in a heavy traffic Jam yesterday evening. According to reports, the traffic was reported jam for nearly 15 minutes on the Bhathubasti main road.
Unfortunately there weren’t enough police personnel to control the traffic at that moment. But on information, a team of police reached the spot to control the traffic. After clearing the traffic, the police team removed all the auto-ricksaws from the parking area.
similar is the case on Middle Point, opp to Hotel Shompen.
Instead Auto union have their sign boards notifying the areas for auto stand why would bus stop at auto stand or why would auto wait at bus stop.
these are the drivers(auto/bus/others) breaking the laws and
the police/ traffic person appointed to check the law breakers and fine them so to control the law breaker these police/traffic police do not do their job and leave things for granted so when small small errors accumulate and a big seen is created then it comes to display causing issues,
