Quarterly meeting of Sub Committee of Yuvasakthi’s FCC held

Port Blair, Nov 03: The quarterly meeting of the sub-committee of family counselling centre, functioning under the ambit of Yuvasakthi, for the period from April 2014 to September 2014 was held  on 1^st November 2014 under the chairmanship of Smti Rani Pande, Secretary, A&N state Social Welfare Board (ANSWAB) in the conference hall of Yuvasakthi.

Smti Rani Pandey, Secretary, A&NSWAB, SmtiTasneem Abid, Advocate, SmtiRasheeda, Sub- Inspector of police, Shri J.N. Raja, President of Yuvasakthi, Shri K. Subramani, General Secretary, Yuvasakthi, ShriP.Sengapa Raja, M.A. M.S.W. Social worker, Smti Reena Poddar, Conselor, SWAB, Miss Deepkala Kumari, Counselor, Yuvasakthi and Smti Beena Rachel Aji, Counselor, Yuvasakthi were present during the meeting.

At the outset, Shri J N Rajaa, President, Yuvasakthi welcomed the gathering and the quarterly progress reports of the family Counselling Centre was placed by the Counselors before the Sub-Committee. During the quarterly period from 1^st April 2014 to 31^st October 2014, altogether 32 cases of family dispute cases were registered with the FCC out of which 24 cases were settled mutually with the effective counselling by the counsellors, while the remaining 8 cases are under observation for early settlement.
