Port Blair, Oct 17: Mahindra & Mahindra & Jadwet Trading Company launched the much anticipated next generation Scorpio yesterday in a befitting function held at Mahindra Showroom Garacharma. Mrs. Rupa Ray W/o Mr Bishnu Pada Ray, Honorable Member of Parliament unveiled the car, Five vehicles were delivered on the same day to the respective customers.
The new Mahindra Scorpio has been launched in Andaman for a starting price of Rs 9.15 lakhs on road. It is available in five new variants and two new color options, this is the most significant update since 2006 and there is a significant number of cosmetic as well as mechanical changes when compared to the outgoing vehicle. 2014 Scorpio has a new structure including the new axle and transmission and revamped exterior with a new front grill, projector headlamps and LED tail lamps, it also offers a redesigned interior, cruise control, infotainment system and automatic temperature control. Vehicles are now open for viewing, test drives and bookings.
