Port Blair, Sept 16: The Chairperson, Port Blair Municipal Council, Mr K Ganeshan laid foundation stones for three projects at Junglighat, Ward no. 4 and at Fishermen Colony, Prem Nagar, Ward no. 4 on Tuesday. Accordingly, the civic chief laid stones for construction of Nagarpalika Sports Centre at Junglighat, Multipurpose Open Stage and Kitchen Block and Extension of Community Hall at Fishermen Colony, Prem Nagar, Ward no. 4 respectively. The Senior Vice Chairman, Mr IP Singh, Junior Vice Chairperson, Smt P Bharathi, Councillors and officials of the Council were also present on the occasion.
