Port Blair, Sept. 8: An earthquake measuring 4.6 on the Richter scale hit Andaman Islands today at 1841 IST. The epicenter of the quake was latitude 14.3 North and Longitude 92.8 East. The depth of the quake was 13 Kilometres (Ocean part), IMD, State Control Room Port Blair sources said.
