Port Blair, Aug 20: The 70th birth anniversary of the former Prime Minister of India, Mr. Rajiv Gandhi was celebrated very affectionately at Gandhi Bhavan today when the PCC Chief Kuldeep Rai Sharma garlanded the portrait of the leader while all the leaders and supporters have paid floral tribute.
Kuldeep said that this day is also known as Sadbhavana Diwas, which is a day to remember the principles of late Prime Minister. The programme was also celebrated by Block Congress Committee, Bambooflat and other parts of the Islands.
