Port Blair, July 22: A state function to pay tribute to the Kargil War Heroes in the form of Kargil Vijay Diwas will be observed in the TGCE campus on July 26, 2014 at 9.30 am. The Lt Governor, Lt Gen (Retd) A.K Singh will lay wreath at the Kargil Victory Memorial situated in the college campus along with a large number of dignitaries, defence personnel and other senior officials, a communication said.
