Port Blair, March 27: To mark the World Theatre Day 2012, the Andaman People Theatre Association (APTA) today organised a programme at Safai Karamchari Colony, Brookshabad. Mr. A. Arupadai, Unit President of the area was the chief guest on the occasion.
On the occasion, Mr. Naresh Chander Lal, renowned film director of the islands took the opportunity to interact with the school students of the area. Mr. Arupadi, chief guest on the occasion, expressed his happiness for organising such a programme in their area. He also assured to promote such programmes in the near future.
Among others who spoke on the occasion were Mr. N.C. Banerjee and Mr. Abhishek Pal.
