Port Blair, May 26: Smt. Ratna Kannan, Chairperson, A&N State Social Welfare Board has expressed her heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family of late Mr. Hem Raj Bahadur, Senior Advocate and President of Bar Association who breathed his last on 25.5.2014 at the age of 61 years.
Mr. Hem Raj Bahadur was associated with the A&N State Social Welfare Board from 2.6.1989 to 3.4.1990 as the Secretary of the A&N Social Welfare Board. He will always be remembered as a dedicated Govt, servant and an Advocate par excellence.
