Port Blair, Apr 27: In a Bollywood style accident, a private bus Jumps off the road on the right side and then travelling for a few minutes Jumped over a 2 meters wide drain and hit a hut at Brookshabad village at around 7.45 PM. According to eye witnesses two persons were injured and were immediately shifted to G B Pant Hospital.
Eye witnesses allege that the driver was drunk and the Bus was out of control due to overspeed. However the actual reasons could not be understood as the Police Team, investigating the matter, did not report back at PS Pahargaon till late evening.

Private bus in Portblair can do what ever they want,they can stop in middle of road to pickup passenger,without bothering that vehicle are coming from behind,they can even hit traffic post,they don’t have to do any smoke test,ladders of some of these bus are very high for ladies and old person to climb and so on but regret to say that the concern responsible officer is least bother about all this.
